Shipping Policy

The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of delivery charge.

The shipping  made by ECO Post service and reach most of the EU and US within couple business days. (3-10 business days)

Methods of Payment

Payment may be made by Visa and MasterCard. Your credit /debit card details will be encrypted to
minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time placing your order. You will not be charged for items until they are dispatched.


In the event that goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us
promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received.

We take a special care to ensure that the deliveries are made within a short delivery slot, and accordingly
it is your responsibility to ensure that the appropriate person will be the receiver of the package in order to avoid any delays. An appropriate person must sign for all goods on delivery.

In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered.

Should you fail to collect / get the parcel in time, we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal
to the items contained in your order.

We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any
dissatisfaction with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the cost of any goods that do not meet
with your reasonable satisfaction. We will arrange for your goods to be returned to us.

Returns & Refund

Policy for return of non – defective products, in accordance with Transaction Cancellation Regulations 2010.

1. A product may be returned or replaced solely in accordance with the terms below:

1.1 Return/replacement of products within 14 days of the date of the receipt, subject to presentation of
original invoice or other proof to the satisfaction of the company.

1.2 Return shall be possible only for whole and undamaged products, in their original packaging and
provided that the products were not used.

1.3 The products will be returned to the company by the customer, at the customer’s expense to the
address of the company appearing on the packaging.

2. Refund

2.1 If payment was made by credit card, in the event that the account of the company was not yet
credited, the charge will be cancelled.

2.2 If the account to the company was credited, it shall inform the credit company regarding cancellation
of the transaction and the credit company will credit the account of the customer.
